KUBIQ (hereafter: "we", "our") respects the privacy of visitors to kubiq.eu. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

2. What data we collect

We collect data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

• First and last name
• E-mail address
• Phone number (required in the contact form and used to arrange the first conversation)
• Project details (type, location, dimensions, message)

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel also record website usage, browser and device information, and events such as page visits or submitted enquiries. This data may include online identifiers set by those providers.

3. Purpose of processing

We use data from the contact form exclusively to:

• respond to your inquiry
• prepare a proposal or quote for your project
• communicate regarding the potential project

We use data collected with consent for analytics, conversion and advertising-performance measurement and, where the relevant advertising-platform features are used, remarketing.

4. Legal basis

Contact-form processing is based on your consent when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are activated only with your explicit consent through the cookie banner.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use the following cookies and local storage:

• kubiq_cookies (localStorage) — stores your cookie preference. Duration: persistent until deleted.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) — analytical cookies for anonymous visit tracking. Activated only if you accept cookies. Duration: up to 2 years.
• Meta Pixel (_fbp and related identifiers, when set by Meta) — measures visits, conversions and advertising performance and may support remarketing audiences. Activated only if you accept cookies. Duration depends on Meta and browser settings.

If you decline cookies, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are not loaded. You can withdraw consent by clearing local storage and cookies for kubiq.eu; the banner will then be shown again.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. The following providers may process data to the extent required for the purposes described above:

• Google Analytics — website usage data (only with your consent)
• Meta Pixel — visit, advertising-conversion and related identifier data (only with your consent)
• Pipedrive CRM — contact form data is stored in our CRM for project management

7. Storage and security

We retain data in KUBIQ systems and the systems of the providers listed above only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Providers may process data on infrastructure inside and outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards described in their privacy policies.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data
• rectification of inaccurate data
• erasure of data ("right to be forgotten")
• restriction of processing
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (AZOP — Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency)
