How we work

Our approach

KUBIQ is not in the business of selling ready-made units. We develop the wellness space together with you — from the first conversation to final execution, delivery, and commissioning.

Outdoor wellness is not an impulse purchase — it is a project that needs to be set up properly.

Investing in a sauna, a wellness pavilion, or a complete outdoor wellness zone only makes sense if the solution is aligned with the space, the way it will be used, the technical conditions, and the expected level of experience.

That is why our process is not designed as catalogue-based selling, but as a guided development of a solution that is aesthetically convincing, technically correct, and sustainable in the long term.

Process — step by step

01

Consultation and analysis

Every project begins with understanding the context — the space, the goal, the intended use, the budget framework, and the timeline. We do not start with a ready-made solution, but with the right questions that help us develop something that truly fits the situation.

02

Concept and visualization

Based on the conversation, we develop the spatial direction and first concept, including materials and the relationship between elements. Where useful for the decision and once the basic direction is confirmed, a visualisation may form part of the spatial proposal before a decision to proceed.

03

Technical development and proposal

Once the concept is confirmed, we develop the systems, materials, dimensions, and technical details. At the end of this step, you receive a precise proposal — not a rough estimate, but a concrete scope and price.

04

Production and installation

KUBIQ leads the agreed project scope: technical definition, selection and coordination of equipment and delivery, transport, installation and handover where included in the contract. Responsibilities and costs are confirmed before work starts.

The typical duration depends on the complexity of the project, the configuration, and the location.

KUBIQ is led by Mario Arbanas.

Mario leads the development of KUBIQ projects with a focus on what the client ultimately gets: a well-framed concept, a technically correct solution, and a premium execution that looks and functions exactly as it should.

The KUBIQ approach was built on a combination of sales experience, technical understanding, and years of work on bespoke projects — without off-the-shelf logic and without compromises that later prove costly.

We choose partners by the same criteria our clients use when choosing us.

In a premium wellness project, equipment and materials are not a detail — they directly affect durability, the user experience, and the overall impression of the space.

Thermory / Lunawood — thermo wood and façade cladding that withstand demanding outdoor conditions and retain their aesthetic for years.

Sauna equipment by project — HUUM Core Black is the current main starting point, with HUUM Combi for BIO configurations. The exact model, controls and any other brands are confirmed for the cabin, use pattern and service availability.

Specialised partners — when a project requires a particular solution, we don’t look for the fastest option, but the right one.

What you receive at handover

Handover is more than the end of installation. Within the contracted scope, we confirm that the agreed work has been completed and provide the information needed for safe use and maintenance.

Review of the completed system — agreed functions, equipment and finishing details are checked before acceptance.

Instructions and documentation — guidance for installed equipment, agreed project documentation and manufacturer information for the specific configuration.

Warranty and service contact — warranty terms, the service contact and a clear record of responsibilities for the installed scope.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the entire process take from first contact to a finished project?

There is no universal lead time. Timing depends on scope, site, selected equipment, materials and delivery availability; a realistic programme is confirmed after technical review.

Do you work only with standard models, or can everything be bespoke?

No. Concepts are guides to scope and investment framework; each project is developed around the space, use and technical conditions.

Can I see what the space will look like before making a decision?

Where useful for the decision and once the basic direction is confirmed, a visualisation may form part of the spatial proposal before a decision to proceed.

Do you work outside Croatia?

Yes, KUBIQ works with projects in Croatia, Slovenia and Austria. Design, delivery, installation and travel scope is confirmed for each location.

What can KUBIQ coordinate?

Depending on the contracted scope: consultation, concept, technical definition, selection and coordination of equipment and delivery, transport, installation and handover. Responsibilities are stated before work begins.

How can I get a meaningful initial proposal?

Location, approximate dimensions, goal and intended use are enough. Photos or a plan help if available but are not required for first contact.

Let's start with a conversation

We do not start with an offer, but with a conversation — together we arrive at what makes sense for your space.
